PureBallast Compliance Service Package
Ballast water management regulations demand not only discharge performance, but also annual system inspections, function checks, calibrations and crew training to ensure it. With the PureBallast Compliance Service Package, our experts take responsibility for the health of your Alfa Laval PureBallast system – taking work and worry off your shoulders. The package provides everything you need for compliance, combined with a predictable preventive maintenance cost.
PureNOx Compliance Service Package
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) regulations demand certified calibration of your water treatment system every five years. But it takes many other actions to secure Tier III NOx compliance in the time between. The PureNOx Compliance Service Package gives you everything needed for preventive maintenance of Alfa Laval PureNOx over a five-year compliance period, including service kits, training, checks, inspections and the fifth-year calibration itself.
PureNOx Sensor Exchange Service
Handle the required calibration of PureNOx PAH and turbidity sensors conveniently, without interrupting compliance. Through the PureNOx Sensor Exchange Service, we send you pre-calibrated sensors for the crew to swap in, which means there is almost no downtime. Afterwards, you send the expired sensors back to us for factory calibration – without having to wait on the result.
PureBilge Sensor Exchange Service
Handle the required calibration of the PureBilge oil content monitor (OCM) conveniently, without interrupting compliance. Through the PureBilge Sensor Exchange Service, we send you a pre-calibrated OCM measuring cell for the crew to swap in, which means there is almost no downtime. Afterwards, you send the expired cell back to us for factory calibration – without having to wait on the result.
PureSOx Exchange Programme
Handle the required calibration of PureSOx PAH and turbidity sensors conveniently, without interrupting compliance. Through the PureSOx Exchange Programme, we swap them out when needed with replacements calibrated to MEPC specifications. The programme can even be extended to the system’s gas analyser module, whose infrared (IR) source must be replaced regularly to ensure accurate SOX and CO2 measurements.
PureSOx Discharge Water Testing Service
Discharge water testing for SOx exhaust gas cleaning systems is required by IMO after scrubber commissioning and before each new vessel survey. In some areas, such as United States waters, even more frequent testing is needed. Let us make the process simple, reliable and cost efficient by handling all the scheduling, lab arrangements and administration.
